Shipment processing times

The standard order processing time is 4 to 6 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, the processing time may be extended by several business days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

We also inform you that in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Supplier (Staleks sp. z o.o.), the delivery time may be extended by up to 14 business days. Information about the occurrence of such circumstances and the expected duration of the delay will be published each time on the Supplier’s website in a clear and visible manner, allowing customers and business partners to easily review its content.

All Orders are processed within 7-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on the selected products, the country of delivery and the tariffs set by the operator for delivery to your country. We calculate tariffs automatically at the time of purchase, depending on the specified parameters. tariffs can change for an arbitrary amount of time and are fixed at the time of the purchase of the goods.

Delivery terms (unless otherwise reflected in the relevant documents) according to Incoterms – CPT.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

store.staleks.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) 

Damages 

store.staleks.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
