💅 STALEKS Returns and Claims

Sometimes even the best nail file or nippers need a little "trip back home", so we've made the returns and claims process simple and clear.

🧾 Returns

  • You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, no explanation needed.
  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • You can request a return or submit a claim directly from your STALEKS customer account:

⚙️ Claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

  • If you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or a product with a defect, you can submit a claim via your customer account.
  • Please add a short description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo showing the problem.
  • ➡️ Log in → My orders → select your order → Request a return or claim

1️⃣ Submit your request

Fill out the return or claim form in your STALEKS Shopify account. You'll receive an automatic email confirming that we've received your request.

2️⃣ Review by our team

  • Our team will check your request:
  • for returns, we'll confirm whether the product can be sent back,
  • for claims, we may ask for additional photos or details about how the product was used.
  • If the issue was caused by a warehouse mistake or a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a free return shipping label.
  • In other cases, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

3️⃣ Send the product back

You can choose any shipping method (courier or parcel locker). Just make sure the package is safely packed 💌

You'll receive the return address by email once your request is approved.

🧡 Please make sure:

  • the product is clean and dry,
  • blades and edges are well protected,
  • if you're returning multiple items, don't place tools together without protection.

4️⃣ Final review

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we'll complete the inspection. Returns and claims are processed within up to 14 calendar days, though we usually do it faster 💅

After that, you'll receive an email with our decision and, if applicable, confirmation of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • the refund will be sent to the same payment method used for your order,
  • no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items.
  • We may issue the refund only after the products have been received and checked.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened after delivery can't be returned.

This applies to all STALEKS tools, accessories, and materials that can't be resold once opened.

If such a product has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly, you can still submit a claim.

🔹 Important notes

  • Please submit your request via your customer account before sending anything back.
  • We don't accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
  • Claims may be rejected if products show clear signs of use or normal wear.
